10 to 1 Public Relations began by completing an in depth study to develop core messaging. After interviewing Empowerment Financial Group employees on why they believe their clients like the firm, a survey of its current clients was conducted. 10 to 1 Public Relations did an analysis between responses, and worked with Empowerment Financial Group to update its core message to accurately reflect why the firm was so popular and successful among its clients.
10 to 1 Public Relations used the findings of the core message research to:
- Create new collateral materials that highlight the new core message words
- An updated website
- New introductory speeches (elevator speeches) for potential clients were drafted that incorporated the updated core message wording and their individual expertise
Early results of the updated language and its emphasis in branding the firm are promising. The results of the core message review gave Empowerment Financial Group greater confidence in its marketing efforts. The refresh of the brand has also received a very positive response from current and prospective clients.
