PHOENIX, Ariz. (November 13, 2025) — Kolbe Corp, a leader in strengths-based performance solutions, announces Achille B. Kombat, Co-Founder of wEquipu in North Carolina, as the recipient of its Community Impact Champion recognition. Kombat earned this honor for his exceptional work during Kolbe Strengths Week, where he provided access to Kolbe assessments and workshops across three continents, helping hundreds of individuals discover their natural talents.
“These aren’t just projects for me — it’s a lifelong mission,” said Kombat. “Every person deserves the chance to understand how they’re naturally wired to succeed. When people in underserved communities discover their strengths, it changes how they see themselves and what they believe is possible.”
The Community Impact Champion recognition celebrates a consultant who extends Kolbe’s mission to communities that might otherwise lack access to these powerful tools. Kombat’s initiatives spanned multiple organizations, including the Brothers of St. John Congregation in Togo, Africa, Hope Bank Academy, and the University Agency of the Francophonie (AUF), demonstrating the global reach of his commitment.
“When people discover how they naturally take action, it creates pathways to success that transform individual lives and entire communities,” said David Kolbe, CEO of Kolbe Corp. “Achille’s work exemplifies our mission to help people understand and leverage their instinctive strengths regardless of geographic or economic barriers.”
During Kolbe Strengths Week, Kombat provided 75 Kolbe A™ Indexes to the Brothers of St. John Congregation, who operate a training center for young people in Togo, Africa, and hosted two workshops. He also supplied 60 Kolbe A Indexes, 15 Kolbe B™ Indexes, and 5 Kolbe Y™ Indexes to Hope Bank Academy, an educational center with volunteers from Africa, Canada, and Europe. Additionally, he distributed 130 Kolbe A Indexes and conducted three workshops for the University Agency of Francophonie (AUF), a global association of French-speaking higher education institutions. These assessments resulted in improved team collaboration and individual productivity across all three organizations, with participants reporting greater confidence in their natural abilities.
Kombat’s work as a business growth expert and educator through wEquipu has positioned him to make a significant impact in diverse communities. His global perspective and commitment to education align perfectly with Kolbe’s mission to help people understand and leverage their instinctive strengths.
