- Expanded year-round support for SEALs, veterans and families

SAN JOSE, Calif. (December 17, 2025)— Rosendin, the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contractor, expands its military support efforts by joining the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) as an official partner. The partnership formalizes a decade-long relationship that began with Rosendin’s annual golf tournament, which has raised over $4 million since 2016, furthering Rosendin’s support through initiatives that help broaden the reach and effectiveness of the Navy SEAL Foundation’s essential work.
The Navy SEAL Foundation provides critical support for service members, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare through more than 30 comprehensive programs. These programs focus on strength, resilience, health, education and community support, ensuring Navy SEALs and their families receive assistance during deployments and transitions to civilian life.
“The privilege of becoming an official partner with the Navy SEAL Foundation reflects our dedication to serving those who serve,” said Keith Douglas, CEO, Rosendin. “This partnership turns a decade of goodwill into year-round action, allowing us to amplify their incredible impact across the entire Naval Special Warfare community.”
Over the last ten years, Rosendin’s annual golf tournament and auction has provided a steady way for construction professionals across California to support the Naval Special Warfare community, with all proceeds from the event directed to the NSF’s programs. This new partnership carries that momentum into year-round engagement, focusing on enhancing access to vital resources, providing long-term transition support, and offering compassionate care for families after a loss.
“This is personal to us. Many of our people wore the uniform or love someone who did, and we want them to feel seen, supported, and set up for success in their next chapter,” said David Lincoln, Senior Vice President at Rosendin. “Every veteran who walks through our communities carries stories of sacrifice that deserve our deepest respect and our strongest commitment to their future.”
Rosendin was founded in 1919 by WWI Navy Veteran Moses Rosendin and continues to employ veterans from every military branch across the United States, making this cause particularly meaningful to the organization. Rosendin partners with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) to create career advancement paths for workers at all skill levels, including newcomers to the electrical trade.
