About Encántame Towers.

Encántame Towers is located on the pristine beaches of Playa Encanto, just a short 15-minute drive, east of downtown Puerto Peñasco. It is the 6th project for the development team of Miguel Guevara and Mary Snyder, who have both been in Peñasco, full time, since 1995. All 5 prior projects, Puerta Privada, Sonoran Sea, Sonoran Spa, Princesa, and Condominiums Pinacate are completed, successful, and turned over to the homeowners. They have been the leaders in quality construction, on-time performance, and continued customer satisfaction.

Our Goals.

Generate awareness for the opportunity to buy new condos during the construction phase.
Build recognition for the many unique features and amenitites that Encántame Towers would provide residents.
Announce major milestones during the construction process to build excitement for the new development.

What We Did.

As a result of our PR efforts, Encántame Towers was able to sell out the first of three buildings during the first 12 months of our engagement. We also secured multiple in-person media interviews for reporters to walk through the showroom and see the amenities that Encántame Towers had to offer.
